➡️ Professor Dr. Abu Yousuf Md. Abdullah, Chairman, Northern University Bangladesh Trust (NUBT) a distinguished professor at the IBA of the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh, has been conferred an honorary doctorate degree by Techno India University in West Bengal with the approval of India UGC.

➡️ He received this honorary distinction in recognition of his outstanding contributions in the fields of education, business, and social welfare.

➡️ The renowned Indian figure, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri awardee, N. R. Narayana Murthy, presented this honorary degree to Professor Abdullah during the university's convocation ceremony on August 10, 2023.

➡️ The renowned academician-turned-entrepreneur was honored alongside the founder of India's largest company, Tata Sons, Mr. Ratan N. Tata, and former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly. The event was held at the Bishwa Bangla Convention Center in Kolkata.

➡️ Professor Abdullah described Kolkata as the heart of freedom-loving Bengalis and expressed, "I take pride in being a Bengali, and today, your love and respect have truly filled me." He referred to the Bengali nation as one of the greatest in the world, while also paying humble homage to Bengali revolutionaries.
